Olajuwon Olaleye

Olajuwon Olaleye is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Enrolled Agent admitted to represent taxpayers before the IRS. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), having trained with Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers). He also holds an Executive MBA from IESE, University of Navarra, Barcelona, Spain. His diverse 40-year post-degree career spans Banking & Investment Advisory, Energy Policy & Regulatory Oversight, Enterprise Solutions Architecture for public and private organisations, Project and Program Management, and Corporate Strategy. He served as Special Advisor on Energy Infrastructure Development to the Nigerian Government, where he contributed significantly to the privatisation programme and the development of the Nigerian Electricity Market. Consequently, he served as an Advisory Consultant to both the Nigerian Senate and the House of Representatives Committees on Power on legislative and policy resolutions. He recently served as Director of Regulatory Compliance at Morgan Stanley, a global financial institution, where he was responsible for Transaction Monitoring and Surveillance of securities trading across global securities markets, including NASDAQ. He now operates his tax practice, TaxGenie Advisory Xervices LLC, specialising in tax resolutions for taxpayers under the radar of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). His team of TaxGeniePros specialises in resolving complex cases because "we know Uncle Sam!" As a professional hobby, he engages in crafting cross-border strategic investment initiatives, business turnaround, and instituting transparent ethical values in the fast-paced global workplace. His passion is to align business opportunities with the objective of nation building. He is happily married and blessed with children who are doing great exploits towards fulfilling their destinies.
